A Soul Retrieval Ceremony can sometimes be all that a person needs to clean up their energies and restore a sense of peace and harmony. Everyone holds onto to things and lets go of things in their own way and no person moves through this process in the same way. For many people the next steps are very profound and enlightening and creative in what it can bring to your life.

The integration process can be many things. In general is circles around the soul parts that were returned in the Soul Retrieval Ceremony. As we look at these individual parts of ourselves we learn why these parts left and what we need to do to keep them with us. We may do some active ceremonies to clean up our connection with how we have rigged ourselves up to relationships, people and things. You will learn some personal tools for working with yourself.

The shaman is always the advocate for the person. Some sessions we work together to find answers and in some sessions the shaman will do the work. It all depends on the level of resistance or strength the person has to look within for the answers.

In the process of integration there can be a sense of magic and creativity that is brought back into our lives. There can be new ways to look at the things that we often have labeled as ‘bad’ or ‘negative’ and we can learn how to use those as a positive force within us that has a very important place in our learning.

It is the shamans hope that once all the spider webs have been cleared out of the way and the proper parts have been replaced and allowed time to establish a new working order that the person will step into life with lots of useful tools. The shaman is there as a supportive person and hopes the person will only need to return to the shaman if something else pops up. This process is a gentle unfolding and it is intended to create an independence for someone to explore what they need to find peace and harmony.
